- Our fragrances are sold by weight and not volume. This means that some bottles may appear more full than others.
- Indigo Fragrance does not test on animals.
- Our fragrance oils are packaged in HDPE, phthalate-free, recyclable plastic bottles.
- Shelf-life for most fragrance oils is 1 year.
- Our fragrances comply with the strictest global RIFM and IFRA standards
- All of our fragrances are 100% concentrated. They are premium Grade A quality and never diluted.
- All of our fragrances undergo intensive quality testing before we sell them to you.
- Indigo Fragrance does not have a minimum purchase requirement. We welcome orders of all sizes.
- Sample Sizes are 1.15 ml in size (A standard perfume sample vial)
- Indigo Fragrance is not responsible for the products that you make with our supplies.
- The testing results of Indigo Fragrance, or it's private testers, should never take the place of your own testing. We are not responsible if your test results differ from ours.
- All of our fragrance oils are manufactured in the USA.
- Indigo Fragrance is not responsible for misuse, accidents or adverse skin reactions that may occur with use of our products.
- A fragrance will not smell the same out of the bottle as it does in a finished product. Always test your fragrances thoroughly.
- Allow candles to cure (set for a few days) to allow all fragrance notes to come alive.
- Never judge a fragrance by merely smelling it directly out of the bottle. Fragrance oils are manufactured to be used in some sort of application (such as in lotions or in soap or candles) and can smell completely different once they have been added to your chosen application.
- Citrus fragrances may have a fuel-like smell when burning. We suggest that you pour candles with citrus notes at the lowest possible temperature.
- Fragrances may discolor bath and body products. Test thoroughly in your application until you achieve desired results.
- Some fragrance oils may thin your bath products. Complete testing will help eliminate this problem.
- If purchasing sample sizes, fragrances that are not skin-safe are not marked as we assume you have made the decision to purchase a non skin safe fragrance. (For use in applications such as candles, potpourri, room sprays, reed diffusers, etc.) When we send out free samples that are not skin-safe, they are clearly marked as not skin safe.
- All Fragrance sales are final. We strongly encourage the purchase of sample sizes so that you can try our scents before investing in a larger size and test them in your own applications.

- Never use fragrance oils directly on your skin; they must be diluted in a product or solvent first.
- Never consume any of our fragrances.
- Do not use fragrance oils near open flames or heat sources.
- Keep fragrance out of reach of children and pets. Eye, Skin, Inhalation and ingestion hazards are present.
- Always use caution when using fragrance oils.
