Spalicious Hand Treatment

This spa-like hand treatment can be made using simple ingredients from around your kitchen. It leaves hands soft and moisturized at a fraction of the cost of similar spa treatments.

 

Ingredients

• Kosher Sea Salt

• Your choice of: Grapeseed, Canola or Olive Oil

• Fragrance Oil (Optional)

 

Mix together 4 parts kosher sea salt with 1 part warm grapeseed, canola or olive oil. Add a few drops of fragrance oil if desired. Mix into a paste.

Massage into hands using an upward circular motion. Remove scrub with a warm, wet towel. Follow up with your favorite lotion.

To make hands even softer- after treatment, wrap hands in warm cotton gloves or in plastic bags with warm wet towels for 10 minutes.
