Cotton Headed Ninny Muggins (a phrase meaning "elf airhead" taken from the movie "Elf") is heavy on the vanilla and sweet buttercream frosting with fresh coconut and powdery notes of heliotrope.

I know where this scent is from but I AM OBSESSED. it is absolutely AMAZING. its like cotton candy and maple. Idk its really great! I’m Coming back to buy a bigger bottle!

I liked this scent and didnt have any issues with acceleration. I would have liked it to be a touch sweeter as I had envisioned it, but it played nicely and the scent was still strong after curing.

This is delightful in bath bombs. Smells like birthday cake or a vanilla cupcake to me. Either way its yummy!
