Outstanding in every way!
Originally purchased a sample of this and the moment I smelled it, I knew it was the one ! One of my fav aromas of all time is Oakmoss and Sandalwood, but I really wanted to make my own blend this time and this was PERFECT! I immediately came back for more, as well as Indigos PHENOMENAL Tranquil Sandalwood FO! These fragrances alone are both absolute masterpieces, and together, theyre pure bliss!! This fragrance is rich, opulent, alluring, woodsy, exotic and full of character; a gorgeous unisex scent! Blended with Tranquil Sandalwood, its smoothed, rounded and enriched with the most peaceful, warm, cozy notes that makes the blend just sing!! This is definitely not an aroma that NEEDS any blending to be amazing, but for what I was going for, this combo is exquisite! Using TD in my main portion, my CP soap discolored to a beautiful, very light cream color, which complimented my other 2 colors of coppery brown and mossy green in the most perfect way! So really, hardly any discolor at all, but the slight shade it did change to was beautifully apt for the theme of the fragrance, and my other colors werent affected by any changes. Just couldnt be happier with how it turned out! Both oils and lye solution were at room temp, and I had absolutely no behavior issues while soaping! I CPOPd this batch and the scent emanating from the oven was heavenly! From the day I cut the bars to present (3wks into cure), the scent has remained just as strong and fragrant as ever! I know one reviewer experienced unwanted results with excessive soda ash and undesirable discoloration in CP with this FO, but Ive not had either of those issues, so I believe things like temp, liquid discounting, use of TD/colorants, and the recipe itself all play a roll in final results, which can vary from crafter to crafter. So if this lovely FO intrigues you, I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try in your own soapy endeavors as its absolutely phenomenal! For scent, behavior and retention, I give it 10 stars across the board!

One of my favorite fragrances!
This fragrance smells very natural to me - warm, woodsy, sweet, exotic. I just love it. But..... In CP soap, I always have issues. It discolors to a lavender/purple color and has a tendency to develop massive amounts of soda ash both outside and inside. The scent stays true and the soap works just fine but its not pretty! Id still recommend it though - it smells that good. Ive also used this in incense. Works great for that.
