I couldnt resist trying this, even with the mixed reviews, but Im afraid I have to side with the people who hated it. It is nothing like books, wood or a library. Im not sure what other people are smelling that they like. It goes on in a sickening mix of cucumber,maple syrup and something floral, and rapidly dries to the sort of floral cucumber scent you find in those peel off face masks, though this is admittedly much better, almost spa-like. Then it ends more like a scented hand lotion, and is pretty. Huh. Not what I was looking for.

This smells like wet cardboard and does not at all smell like paper, wood, leather, or anything that would resemble library smells. Hard pass. Don't be tempted by this one.
